This stuff really works my hip pain was gone after several weeks of faithfully taking the supplement. However, I had digestive issues when I took the supplement. I’m not running during the summer months so I will be back to running in the fall in winter months and I will resume taking the supplement. I’m going to try to take it with plain yoghurt to see if that helps with the digestive issues.

I started taking this turmeric/ pepper before it was neatly packaged in encapsulated as liquid concentrate. We are so fortunate,now!!! I still have to take it with Yogurt( real yogurt…Icelandic Skyr from the Painterland Sister’s farm in PA). I still walk well and have no joint pain. I play water volleyball in the community pool.
